2025 has been an outstanding year at t.Lab. Our students have realized top 3% performance on standardized tests, including ACT and SAT; they have outstanding Grade Point Averages (GPA); our younger students are completing between 3 to 5 grades a year, our middle school and high school students have realized certifications and technology and financial systems (Bloomberg); they have finished first place in the FAA's international contest for airport design; they have attended one of the best pre-college programs in the USA; and they are graduating from college with honors while realizing high-level positions of employment. In addition, we have a cohort of recent college graduates seeking the Master’s degree skills in Data Analytics at a premier Ivy League University. Finally, we are onboarding 3,000 students and parents from Nigeria and expect to begin delivering services during the first week of December 2023.
t.Lab Commitments and Investments
Our commitment to excellence and improvement remains a constant and passion; we have recently agreed to a contract providing our students with access to tutoring services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on demand. This should enable our students to perform at even higher levels. As well, we are deploying Artificial Intelligence technology to improve our technical support, management of human resources, and improving our student’s ability to study. The goal is to have these technologies in place and working by the end of the first quarter of 2024. This investment should yield significant results by expanding and extending the scale and scope of our services. Our relationship with the MKE Fellows of Milwaukee and the deployment of the Lead Generation Program (LGP) has proven to be an effective tool to enable all students, and especially students of African descent to excel at benchmark levels and beyond on ACT and college admissions tests. Our average median ACT score for our 10th and 11th grade students is 32. Finally, our new relationship with Akina will enable t.Lab to reach and deliver services to a broader group of African-American women. These women maintain the greatest share of responsibility for guiding and directing the educational efforts for our children throughout the US. We expect this relationship to produce greater demand for our product and services. Therefore, FY 2023 has been an outstanding year at t.Lab.
